Data Deletion Request

You can ask Sturnix Labs, Corp to delete the data we hold about you. This page is how you start.

What gets deleted

  • Your anonymous brand profile — Q&A answers, audit history, brand context.
  • Every audit associated with the brand identifier you provide.
  • The encrypted render cache for those audits.
  • Uploaded files for those audits. (These are auto-deleted after 48 hours regardless.)

How to request

  1. Submit the form below with the email you want the confirmation sent to. If your audit was anonymous, paste your “brand link” — the URL we issued on the results page — so we can find the data.
  2. We send a confirmation email with a one-click link. The link is valid for 24 hours.
  3. Click the link. Deletion is scheduled.
  4. Within 30 days, everything is permanently deleted. You get a final confirmation email.

The confirmation step exists to prevent abusive deletion requests against accounts that aren't yours.

We'll email you a one-click confirmation link. It's valid for 24 hours. After that, submit a new request.

Anonymous audits, no login required. Paste the ID from your results page and we'll delete that audit's data.

We acknowledge your request within 10 business days and complete deletion within 30 days — or 45 days for verifiable CCPA requests, as permitted under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.130. Records we are legally required to retain — such as billing and tax-related records, security incident logs, and aggregated analytics that cannot be re-identified — may be kept for the minimum period required by applicable law. Submitting this request constitutes the verifiable consumer request required under GDPR Art. 17 and CCPA § 1798.105.
