About Sturnix.

We've sat where you're sitting. We ran the ad accounts, owned the budgets, and answered for the numbers at the end of every month. And every month there was the same quiet worry: some of this money was being wasted, and we couldn't say exactly where.

It turns out almost everyone has that problem. Mid-market brands routinely waste 25–40% of paid spend. Some of that is unavoidable. A lot of it isn't.

The hard part is that nobody is really watching. Meta won't suggest you move budget to Google. Google won't warn you that your TikTok audience is burned out. And however disciplined you are, checking dashboards on Monday means you find Friday's problems a week too late. We lived that lag, and it cost us real money.

So we built the thing we wished we'd had.
