You may not

  • Upload data you do not own or are not authorized to use.
  • Use the service to violate any ad platform's terms — Meta, Google, TikTok, or otherwise.
  • Submit fake, synthetic, or manipulated data intended to skew our pipeline or extract information about it.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the algorithms, prompts, or models behind the audit pipeline.
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without an explicit partner agreement with Sturnix Labs.
  • Use the service for fraud, spam, harassment, or any illegal purpose.
  • Access the service through automated means without an API key, once API keys are available.
  • Share API keys or session credentials with anyone outside your organization.

Enforcement

  • First violation: written warning.
  • Repeat or severe violations: account termination, IP block, and reporting to authorities where the conduct is illegal.

DMCA notices. If you believe content available through the service infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice — including the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) — to hello@sturnix.com. Repeat infringers will have their access terminated.

Anti-abuse. Accessing the service beyond authorized use — credential sharing, scraping, or attempting to circumvent rate limits — is prohibited, and may be reported to law enforcement under applicable computer-fraud statutes (e.g. 18 U.S.C. § 1030).
